Master@Schneider Electric Scholarship
Are you an ambitious international woman looking to advance your career with an executive master's degree in Germany? Are you interested in becoming an engineer or data specialist focusing on industrial automation?
The HECTOR School of Engineering & Management, the Technology Business School of the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), in collaboration with Schneider Electric, is offering a new scholarship program for talented female professionals in engineering and management to pursue an Executive Master of Science at KIT.
Scholarship Benefits
- Partial scholarships of €12,000
- Part-time student employment at Schneider Electric

Eligible Master’s Programs
(Intake 2025 | Start: September 29, 2025*)
- Management of Product Development (MPD)
- Information Systems Engineering & Management (ISEM)
- Production and Operations Management (POM)
*A later start option is possible in case of visa-related delays.
Eligibility Process
Admission to one of the eligible Master’s programs at the HECTOR School of Engineering & Management is a prerequisite.
The final selection of scholarship recipients and part-time employment will be conducted through Schneider Electric’s internal selection process.
Application Process & Deadlines
- Apply for your desired Master’s program through the HECTOR School application portal.
- Once you have successfully completed the application process and received the letter of admission, please contact our admissions office and inform us about your interest in the Scholarship with a motivation letter (maximum 400 words) by July 22, 2025.
- The selection process will be completed by mid August 2025.
