The HECTOR School of Engineering and Management is the technology business school of the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), one of Germany's leading universities in science and technology.
Since 2005, HECTOR School has combined technological expertise with management education, offering advanced learning opportunities that connect academic knowledge with real-world application. Our interdisciplinary programs bring together expertise from KIT, industry and an international community of participants and experts.

HECTOR School combines academic excellence, technological expertise and strong industry connections. Our degrees are internationally recognized by universities and employers, while graduates of our Master programs can also pursue a Ph.D or doctorate after completing their Master's degree.
As part of KIT, students benefit from access to leading research, institutes and infrastructure, including opportunities to use this environment for their Master thesis and future collaborations. At the same time, small groups of just 10-20 participants per lecture ensure close interaction and personal exchange.
Our programs bring together academic and industry expertise. Around 80% of lecturers come from KIT, while 20% are experts from industry and other universities. With around 50% international participants and a strong alumni network, HECTOR School offers a diverse community that extends well beyond graduation.
