The Management Module at ESADE
As part of their M.Sc. program, participants in Energy Engineering and Management and Mobility Systems Engineering and Management complete the Corporate Innovation and Intrapreneurship module at ESADE. They explore how companies can build, manage and measure innovation - from open innovation and collaborative networks to new organizational models and governance structures. Participants develop practical approaches to fostering innovation and learn how to evaluate their effectiveness using key performance indicators and performance measurement systems.
