Prof. Dr. Indra Spiecker gen. Döhmann
Prof. Dr. Indra Spiecker genannt Döhmann, LL.M. is Professor of Public Law, Information Law and Legal Theory and Director of the Institute for Digitalisation at the University of Cologne. Her research focuses on the legal governance of digital transformation, including artificial intelligence, data protection, algorithmic transparency, cybersecurity, and platform regulation. With an interdisciplinary approach combining law, economics, and technology studies, she addresses key challenges of modern information societies. She has held professorships at Goethe University Frankfurt and Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). She advises governments, institutions, and courts on digital regulation and is widely published in leading international legal journals and commentaries.
