Prof. Dr. Robert Heinrich

Prof. Dr. Robert Heinrich is a computer scientist specializing in software engineering and system architecture. He earned his PhD at the University of Heidelberg and worked as a senior researcher at KIT, where he led the “Quality-driven System Evolution” group.
His research focuses on modeling and analyzing software-intensive systems, particularly regarding performance, security, and maintainability across their lifecycle. He completed his habilitation at KIT and contributes to teaching and research in software architecture, system evolution, and quality-driven development.
