Prof. Dr.-Ing. Dipl.-Psych. Barbara Deml is Director of the Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). Her interdisciplinary expertise combines psychology and engineering, focusing on human-machine interaction, cognitive ergonomics, and work system design.
