Prof. Dr. Martin E. Ruckes

Prof. Dr. Martin Ruckes is Professor of Finance and Banking at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), specializing in corporate finance and financial services. His research covers corporate investment, capital budgeting, governance, restructuring, and financial contracting. He has published in leading international journals such as the Journal of Finance and the Review of Financial Studies. Prior to KIT, he held a faculty position at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He studied business administration and earned his PhD in economics at the University of Mannheim. Prof. Ruckes also serves on international academic advisory boards and teaches advanced courses in corporate finance and financial management.

Dr. Jan-Oliver Strych is Coordinator of the Business Administration Core Program at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and an expert in finance, corporate governance, and capital markets.
