Module: Energy Economics

This certificate module combines five complementary short courses in a structured learning path.

Participants build a broad understanding of energy economics and modern energy system analysis, covering energy markets, energy system modeling and analysis, energy efficiency, the integration of energy systems and e-mobility, and European network regulations. Program Structure

The full certificate module consists of five interconnected short courses. While each course can be attended individually, the complete module offers a coherent learning journey through energy economics and energy system analysis, covering energy markets, energy system modeling, energy efficiency, integration of energy systems and e-mobility, and European network regulations and their role in modern energy system design and policy.

Energy Markets 

Introduction to energy markets, market structures and mechanisms, electricity pricing and trading principles, and methods for analyzing market behavior, efficiency, and the role of markets in modern energy systems.
