Info Session: Become an Innovation Expert!

Hear from Head of Research Department CAE/ Optimization and Design Methods and Design Management at IPEK – Institute of Product Engineering Markus Spadinger, about modern product engineering and how you as an innovation expert can drive product innovation in your company.

Modern product engineering is always based on references: products are developed in generations. To tackle the necessary changes from one product generation to the next, it is important to bring together experts from different disciplines. That is why you will be working in an interdisciplinary team of students from all over the world with different professional and cultural backgrounds. You will be able to build competences in systems engineering by solving problems, identifying new functional and technical potentials and developing a new generation of a mechatronic product.

In addition to that, Tilottama Shrinivasa will give the international perspective on the entrepreneurial opportunities of product innovation and the holistic experience of “German Engineering”. Tilottama Shrinivasa graduated from KIT with a B.Sc. and a diploma in Mechanical Engineering. During her studies, she worked at IPEK and then moved back to India as an entrepreneur, where she is now a director and CTO.
